Magnachip Unveils Three 3rd Generation 200V MV MOSFETs

Magnachip a semiconductor company based in South Korea presents three 3rd Generation 200V MV MOSFETs. The first Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor is the MDT20N109PTRH, next is the MDY20N113PTRH and the 3rd MOSFET is the MDP20N116PTTH. These three MOSFETs have a wide ranging applications such as in LEVs, Battery Management Systems and Switch Mode Power Supplies.
