Hypersonic Missiles are the mania in the defense industry. Powerful nations which include democratic, communist and socialist like Russia, China, India, USA and probably North Korea are having programs and hypersonic missiles.These countries are already blustering and brandishing these missiles which can hit the target surpassing the speed of sound of at least mach 5.
On this regard, Raytheon Missiles & Defense in collaboration with Northrop Grumman are working together also to develop and deliver the first hypersonic air-breathing missile for the US Air Force. This Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile will be using the cutting edge Scramjet engines which forcibly compress the incoming air before combustion.
