Several Mitac 5G RAN Solutions are on exhibit at the 2022 OCP Global Summit namely the new 2U edge server Firestone2 FS2D11, Whitestone WS1S01 and Aownda AD211.
Basically, the Firestone2 FS2D11 crows a dual socket server supporting 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, supports either AC power or -48VDC input, and two high performance GPU cards.
Secondly, the Whitestone WS1S01 is a 1U DU server based on 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, O-RAN compliant solution and designed with GNSS input and 10MHZ or 1PPS input for time synchronization.
Eventually, the Aownda AD211 is an OCP Inspired™ 2U 3Node edge server, and is equipped with 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
