Magnachip Semiconductor unveils an 8th-Gen 150V MXT MOSFET for Light Electric Vehicles codenamed MOSFET (MDT15N054PTRH).
Initially, the MOSFET MDT15N054PTRH
features a low RDS(on) and switching loss, great heat dissipation performance and guaranteed operating junction temperature from -55°C up to 175°C.
Magnachip's MOSFET MDT15N054PTRH also prides itself of a wide range of applications, such as for LEV motor controllers and BMSs and switch mode power supplies for various consumer electronics.
