SK hynix introduces Mobile DRAM LPDDR5T (Low Power Double Data Rate 5T) which is a type of memory used in mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
It is designed to consume less power than previous generations of mobile DRAM and offer faster performance, making it ideal for use in devices with limited battery life.
The LPDDR5T is also faster, more energy-efficient and more reliable than LPDDR4X. It is also backward compatible with LPDDR5.
The Mobile DRAM LPDDR5T operates at a data rate of 9.6 gigabits per second (Gbps), and also operates in the ultra-low voltage range of 1.01 to 1.12V set by the JEDEC (Joint Electron Device Engineering Council).
It has also a 1ch. 2-32Gb Density, PoP / MCP / Discrete Package type, and has a 6400Mbps Speed.
