"Taking Flight: SKY Airline Partners with Sabre to Elevate Passenger Experience"

Sky Airline, a renowned airline based in Chile, has recently expanded its distribution agreement with Sabre Travel Solutions. In addition to this, Sky Airline has adopted SabreSonic Passenger Service System (PSS) to improve its operations and customer experience.

Sky Airline, founded in 2002, is a leader in low-cost air travel in South America. With a fleet of over 26 aircraft, Sky Airline connects Chile with 18 destinations in the region. This expansion of its partnership with Sabre Travel Solutions is aimed at driving innovation and growth in the global travel industry.

Sabre Distribution Agreement

Sky Airline has decided to expand its distribution agreement with Sabre Travel Solutions to improve the visibility of its flight inventory across Sabre's global network of travel buyers. With this agreement, Sabre's travel agents will have direct access to Sky Airline's inventory and be able to sell their flights to more customers worldwide.

Merchandising

As part of the distribution agreement, Sky Airline will also have access to Sabre's powerful platform that supports advanced merchandising and personalized travel offers. Merchandising is a crucial aspect of air travel, and with this partnership, Sky Airline will be able to sell its ancillary products more effectively.

Codeshare Agreements and Alliance Partners

The partnership with Sabre Travel Solutions has opened doors for Sky Airline to explore new codeshare agreements and alliance partners. This partnership enhances the airline's market reach and improves the connectivity options for its customers. A codeshare agreement is a commercial arrangement where two airlines sell seats on the same flight, whereas an alliance partnership involves multiple airlines joining forces to improve their market reach.

SabreSonic Passenger Service System (PSS)

Sky Airline has adopted SabreSonic Passenger Service System (PSS), which is a comprehensive platform designed to meet airline's operational and passenger service needs. The Sabre PSS solution will help Sky Airline manage its reservations, inventory control, and check-in process efficiently. This system is an all-in-one solution that allows airlines to focus on their passenger experience, making air travel a seamless experience for customers.

The Benefits of SabreSonic Passenger Service System (PSS)

With SabreSonic, Sky Airline will be gaining the following benefits:

1. Faster and more efficient check-in processes
2. Streamlined passenger management
3. Improved revenue management
4. Customizable pricing strategies
5. Enhanced customer experience
6. Access to a range of data analytics tools that allow airlines to improve their operations and identify opportunities for growth.

SKY CEO José Ignacio Dougnac said that the partnership with Sabre Travel Solutions will allow the airline to continue on its path towards innovation and growth, further confirming its commitment to its customers' experience.

Sabre Travel Solutions Chief Commercial Officer Roshan Mendis also commented on the partnership, "We are excited to expand our partnership with Sky Airline as they adopt SabreSonic to improve their processes and passenger experience."

Sky Airline's decision to expand its distribution agreement with Sabre Travel Solutions and adopt SabreSonic Passenger Service System highlights the airline's commitment to innovation and growth in the global travel industry.
